Rago simply huffed out his irritation, the she wolf seriously knew how to rant.Rain calmly continued to watch the black female as she stared at her bow. He found it a bit odd but he supposed if he had anything remaining of his old life he would cherish it with his life. " Very well, but if you but us for helping I wont be held responsible if Rago bites back.." Rain looked at the dog on the other side of Shadow/ra and wondered what the dog would think of Rain referring to himself as us..Even if Rain wasn't actually talking just to himself..Rago didn't seem to care one way or the other. He simply saw the bolt and was ready to get it over with. Always seeing the things to be done, Rain sighed but knew his brother wasn't going to changed entirely..

I am not some common pup that just bites at will besides Dagger will be the one to remove the bolt you will make sure it was not poisoned and as she spoke the words the others returned with the things she needed

"Mix the mud with the Sage" "Now Pack some of the mud around the wound" "Dagger ready" Dagger grabbed the bolt in her shoulder his drool dripping down the bolt into the wound and making it easier to pull the bolt free "Rago grab me a branch from that tree" Rago handed her the branch and she bit down hard and threw a mouth of tree bark "Dagger Pull" and he did the bolt came free and the branch in her mouth shattered into a million pieces

The others packed the Mud and sage into the wound to stop the bleeding shadora stood putting more weight on her right front leg with the bolt out it felt much better "thank you all i really appreciate all your help you may go or hunt with us if you wish" she didn't like offering them this but it would be a great way to repay them for there help she turned to Rago/Rain let's go if we want to make it to the stream before the deer arrive we will have to hurry "Those of you that wish to hunt with us try and keep up and be very quiet she said turning and trotting off into the woods it was just her and Rago/Rain the others were much farther behind them and out of ear shot

like wise Snow and Sand gave Stray a questioning look "He is quiet rude for one who just had his lover saved is he not: Sand purred rubbing up against Raja his tail tickling Raja's nose

Stray stared at Raja a sad look on her face she was hoping that they would get along but it seemed the wouldn't "Snow,Sand thank you for your help"

Sand and Snow both purred together "It is the least we could do after you saved us from that pack of bears" they laughed which sounded almost like Stray's bark-roar "The psycho little red wolf i remember like it was yesterday run run from the demon wolf pup run from the hell hound" they laughed again "It is a wounder that such a small pup could scare 7 bears away by herself when the two of us could not" they looked at Raja as they reminisced "She is very powerful small one you should watch yourself around her i have seen her take on full packs by herself and not get a scratch on her"

She growled at the two big cats and they growled back and Stray looked as playful as a puppy "Wolf that is not Stray you must be the Alpha as your kind calls it we are going to stay in this territory in this hollow tree we lived here when we were cubs and soon our mates will join us and will have there cubs here as well we will help you in anything you need a friend of Stray's is a friend of ours"

Stray looked at Raja for a time "Raja having them here will be a good thing no one would dare intrude on your pack and you would not have to worry about me Snow and Sand will take care of me so you can go to your sister any time you wish it is a good thing Raja" She looked at Raja waiting for his answer

He looked up at the angelic wolf as she moved towrds him and finaly layed down next to him. "Im feeling fine, it aches but il live" he replied while wagging his tail as she sniffed the wound, tending to him. Yawning a bit he let his head rest on the ground while looking at her. "If you are feeling guilty then there is no need." he promissed her smiling bravely. But his eyes begged her to stay. He really did enjoy her company, a friendly and kind soul, a soul that he trusts.

Rain simply followed along quietly. His brother was grumbling something in the back of their mind. Not really sure what it was about the gentler Rain decided it best to ignore him. He wasn't entirely sure about everything happening so being wiser then ever, he kept quiet...








Raja gaped for a moment. Was Stray joking, cats were very aggressive towards his kind. She wanted them to have a pack in his territory..He didn't see any way that could ever possibly work. His tail twitched in his emotional state. Rikki would totally and completely flip if she had even heard half the things leaving these three mouth's..Other than the fact it was dangerous Stray pretty much was joining the cat pack in his territory...Was he really so uninteresting or not alpha enough in her view that all she seemed to want was his territory? That just so happened he moved to that had been inhabited by these cats before...Why was he thinking this way anyways. He had never been one to be insecure and before today he would have immediately just said no, it was his territory now...Yet, he looked at Stray and for some odd reason the no did not burst from his lips like his mind was yelling at him to do..."My sister will kill me for saying this." Raja made sure his golden gaze never left Stray's " We try...Temporarily to see if its even possible..." Raja let his head rise up and his neck tilt just the tiniest bit.If she learned all the things from the cats then the neck thing would be one as well...They would need to respect his territory and him, after all the territory had been long uninhabited when he had found it...

Rikki snorted and nudged him in a hard but still playful manner. " Hey now, no guilt here." Smirking Rikki lifted her head and gave him a teasing look. " Are you so easy to forget, your in my territory and I have to watch you while you in it...Since your not pack and all." Her white fur was ruffled as a strong breeze blew in the grove. Rikki felt her smirk soften into a light smile as she just relaxed with the scents of the world filling her nose..

Shadow looked at Rain/Rago "I am only allowing them to hunt with us because they helped this is not a usual occurrence I assure you" She lifted her nose and scented the air she could smell the deer but there was another scent as well she wasn't sure what it was but she would find out soon enough and she wondered if Rago/Rain smelled it

Out of instinct Rain scented the air. His parents had instilled the skills of a great hunter. They would have even considered him to be a threat for alpha if he hadn't existed. Rago growled at the depressing thoughts of his sweeter brother. " We need each other so don't ever start on that, besides it's no like we would have ruled long." There was a deeply saddened note in Rago's tone but Rain knew better than to point it out. As the smells of the air filled his nose he wondered what the odd one was. He wasn't sure if he had smelled it before or not...Rago agreed, Strange..

Stray looked at Raja and her tail started wagging she turned and looked at it unsure what was happening her tail had never wagged before but she chose to ignore the odd feeling she ran to Raja and jumped on him pinning him to the ground she kissed then rubbed there noses together she was so happy that Raja was going to let them stay she did it without thought but once she realized what she had done she retreated hiding behind Snow and Sand completely and utterly embarrassed at her blatant show of affection

Snow and Sand spoke together "Thank you we appreciate you allowing us to raise our cubs in our home of birth if you ever have need of us we will be here at this tree and as a show of good faith we will leave two deer every week in a place of your choice for you and your pack" they both bowed and turned to Stray who had hidden behind them they whispered to her words Raja could not hear they turned to Raja once again snickering they rubbed up against him and started making there way to the edge of the clearing but before they left they looked at Raja and in unison said "Thank You again it is good that Stray has found such an understanding mate...but be warned if you or anyone in your pack hurts her we will spare no expense in hunting ever last one of you down and ripping you into little tiny bitty shreds of pieces...but so far you seem to be a good mate for her keep it that way" and with that they disappeared into the brush not waiting for a response

Shadow gave a cross between a yip and a bark and the dogs stopped in there tracks if you didn't know better you would think they were statues it was apparent they had hunted with her at least twice before "do you smell that it is not something that was here when I left" she said ad she started to growl her tail went up and her fur stood on end as she began to realize what the smell was
