Hockey goals were already set up on the rink as the two teams took their place. Rae made a hockey stick out of ice while the others grabbed sticks.

Alec smiled and sat watching his eyes watching Rae happily, I watched all four play happily while Max's eyes were glued on Ember.

A puck was dropped in the middle and both teams went for it, Ember getting it away from the boys and hitting it towards the others goal and getting it in. With this, the rest of the game resulted in the girls winning, 11-10

"Yay girl power!" I yell happily, "the boys did really well though!" I say smiling at them as Max goes to Ember and Alec to Rae and I just stand there ready to go on the ice.
