If you cant have an Instagram account you could join WoF amino or Devianart and adopt characters through there.

The WoF wiki doesnt sell characters, I would recommend join one of the two media platforms listed above, they are art communities and there shouldnt be any legality issues with joining those

okay maybe but the only computer i get on is a school computer and they have those two sites blocked because they are consdered soical media

There are lots of young artists on Wiki that may have requests open, you can send them descriptions of the characters you would like or you could send them a mood board.

If their requests are open and they agree to make a character for you, do not send them someone elses character to base it off of.
