Piper was quite relieved when Master Slate looked up from his papers right after she entered the room.

"Hello students," the man said. "I am Master Slate, you instructor in Potions, Poisons, and Antidotes." he cleared his throat and adjusted his monocle. "In this class you shall learn what type of potions can help powers or stop them, and then will be creating them and testing them out. Please excuse the fact that we will not be learning or making anything today, but in fact will be familiarizing ourselves with our lab partners."

He looked up from his paper, then back down. "Now, roll call..."

Izaac was looking around the room for a place to sit, he was looking around at the shadows of people with open seats, not liking them from what they saw.

(So if Kazar is sick, I guess Izaac can sit there instead.)

Piper looked up at the late arrival. Master Slate didn't seen to notice the dark haired boy as he surveyed the room.

Piper noticed the boy's slight movement to touch his shadow to someone else's. So he's a Tzala... maybe he's one of Syl's friends...

A familiar pestilence suddenly sat down next to Piper. Before Xander could say anything to Piper, the dark haired boy approached. "Hey Piper, I'm back from the bathroom" The boy said in a friendly tone, like he's been friends with Piper for a while. He then looked over to Xander, who was glaring at him. "Hey, I was sitting next to Piper, you're in my seat, can you please move?" Izaac said, stretching his shadow to make contact with Piper's
Izaac a hushed voice in her head told her.

"Oh, hey Izaac," Piper said in a friendly tone. "You're back so quickly? Xander, sorry, but he was already in this seat..." she tilted her head innocently.

"I'm descended from the original Irish people to be exact. I'm really quite fond of the hurdy-gurdy and the harp. You might of heard me playing yesterday in the lobby," Erin replied.
"I wonder what we'll be doing in class today."

Xander just grimaced before getting up, Izaac taking the seat next to her. "Hope you don't mind me getting rid of him, I could read that you didnt want him around and didn't like him, so I stepped in" Izaac explained.

"interesting. I hope we get to learn how to brew potions, I've always wanted to either be a mind reader in the human world or a potion shop owner for mages" Raven told her.

"Nice dream. I would personally like to be either a storyteller or a famous singer/musician when I move to Ireland when I'm older with my three brothers and Da," Erin confided to Raven.
