He poked the remote in confusion. "I'm supposed to contain you; get information. They said if I do then they'll pay me enough to were I could fix my house and do school."

She let him watch it, leaving for work now, not seeming fazed that there was someone still in her house.

He sat on the ground in front of it, staring at the screen no matter what came on. He forgot all about his employers, and the fact that they would kill him if he didn't do his job.

She went to work, still very cheerful as she did her job, which would be all day. A very long day, she didn't mind though.
