I eat the rest, and then after kicking dirt onto the fire, leave to find more dragons or plants in the areas nearby.

You find some berries, and some the other plants you don't recognize.

I pick them, deciding to bring them to Amaron tomorrow. I head back to my hut.

Okay when you wake up you notice that Chroma has grown. He can now be ridden if you equip him with a halter/bridle

it still clips the tree but this time taking a nice big chunk off!

Cherokee walked over again and picked it up, gently testing the point of the stick to check it's sharpness. If it's still sharp, she tries again. If the stick is blunt Cherokee looked around for a sharpish rock.
