She seemed glad of that smile as she came up to Sophia's table, already able to tell something was off. First off Sophia looked nervous, leaning away from the person sitting next to her. The person was way to close for comfort, whispering stuff to her as they held one of her wrists so she couldn't move. The other person had a knife, twirling it around in their hand.

Jasper grit his teeth a little, assuming right away that the girl was most likely being threatened.

Justice muttered with Shade.

"Don't look now, knife at twelve o'clock. Defense eight?" Shade whispered.

Justice gave a faint nod. "Just in case, on guard."

"Hello there, care to explain what's going on," Bali said stepping forward, looking angry.

The one nearest to Sophia, a boy with brown hair and neon green eyes smiled, "Oh us? We are just chatting! I'm asking about something very important."

"Not that it matters," The girl with the knife, with green hair and blue eyes added, "Who might you guys be?"

"I'm Jasper." Jasper said, acting friendly. " Doggo boy back there with his shadey brother is Justice."

"Oh, nice. And care to tell us why you are bothering as," The girl said spinning her knife around more as the boy nodded, glaring at them.

Bali looked pissed.

Jasper patted Bali's shoulder. "We were just looking for our friend here. Been looking for a while, had us worried sick."

Bali nodded glaring at the people.

"Oh! You mean Sophia, don't you," The boy said glancing at Sophia as she flinched, trying to move away from them but not able to, "She's perfectly fine! No need to worry~!"

"Of course, that's clear. We just need her help, group project." He said, nudging Bali a little. "Sophia, we need to figure out names of polar ice caps and such. It's due soon, so we better get working." he said, moving to offer a hand to Sophia.

Bali nodded, still glaring at them, "Don't want to disappoint our teacher, now do we?"

The boy glanced at them, the looked at the girl, who nodded once, "Okay, fine. Sounds important, we where done anyways," They let go of Sophia and they both stood up, walking away.

Sophia didn't say anything, still staying as far away from them as she could.

Jasper gave her a look of the eye like 'come on. Please.' as he held out a hand to her.
