Justice realized that Akira must have realized the hidden sensitive spot Shade hadn't realized he'd had and he felt a little hurt because she'd not tugged his tail,his own sensitive spot,but she rubbed Shade's ears.

She didn't think she had done anything particularly wrong.

And Justice knew she wouldn't have known,and so he kept his snout shut but just waited for his own turn.

Clarity though seemed a little nervous as to what was going on with the two but copied her brother's silent patience,as to try and be a good little 'sister' for Akira.

But then she eventually stopped, and feel asleep.

Shade calmed and carefully turned and placed her gingerly on the bed but he paled and his ears dropped as Justice's cold yellow gaze was fixed on him...dead...on...stone...still.

She smiled faintly, not sensing Justice's anger towards Shade.

That was good because it even made Clarity whimper and crawl under the bed.

Justice didn't let Shade from under his gaze and the shadow actually felt ... fear. For the first time in years,he felt scared...of his brother,Justice. His former older brother...who'd sworn when they where younger to always love him and protect him as he did with Clarity...and yet...here they where.

Akira shifted slightly in her sleep.

After a bit Justice sighed and closed his eyes as Shade shifted to a little cat and hid under the bed.

She then slowly rolled off the bed. Which woke her up.
