He raised his head up, smelling the metallic scent of blood. His eyes widened as he realized it was mixed in with Maya's scent. "Maya?" He growled, pacing, and then yelled. "MAYA? Where are you?"

"I don't know much about wounds, but I do know that we need to make sure her wound doesn't get infected. We should change the bandage soon even if she doesn't wake up. The same goes for the others. I'm going to stay awake to make sure none of them get worse during the night," Elissa said, checking the storage to make sure there were enough bandages.

I wake up, hearing Jackson shouting my name. I force myself out of bed, and wearily drag myself over to my doorway. I shout,
"What?!"

He ran to her room, hearing her response coming from there. When he entered, he stood in the doorway, hoping he was intruding. "What's wrong? I smell blood."

(Whoops)

"You're gonna hurt yourself!" Silk protested, gripping her leg

"Silk's right, sit down," Elissa insisted.

I say,
"I went down to the river and rescued Ambrosia from some humans with guns. I got stabbed, and about thirty minutes ago came back and kind of got angry and yanked it out, causing a blood spurt. I'm fine now, it's Spirit you should be worried about." I clutch my forehead, and am aware of an oncoming migrane. I always get those after my big transformations. My ears droop, and my tail sags. I am familiar with this feeling, I had it ten years ago after seeing Asher's crumpled... I fall over. It is too much, I black out.

*Josh (Human, Except For Fang-Like Teeth And Feathery Black Wings)*

"So, you decided to become a hunter and completely dedicate yourself to hunting us hybrids down. Just because my mother, a wolf, died giving birth to me" I snarl. Years of hate and resentment boil up inside of me as I gaze down at him. He turns his head to look at me and sneers.
"Hello again, son" He spits the word 'son' at me and begins to aim his gun at me.
