He knew Justice would hate him more for this,but he didn't want to risk losing her love.Even if it was small,he wanted to feed the fire rather then leave it to burn out.

It probably would but he'd be mad more at Shade than her,and he'd do anything to blame Shade for it. He wouldn't blame Akira easily,but it would make him a little distant.
