(Basically, they're split into three segments- smarts, strength, and sensuality. Attractive strix head to the human and other ethereal realms to convince humans and ethereals to become strix. Some of them use manipulation, others are honest. This is mainly because turned strix, while they do have mental changes, aren't guaranteed to be loyal, so making them like the strix makes it easier. Strong strix hunt people and beings who attack/revert strix, and sometimes protect higher up strix. Smart strix are essentially the 'misc'; they take any jobs that pretty and strong strix don't fit into.)
