Cantana ordered a slice of garlic bread as well as a garden soup.

"Well, while we wait on that, care to strike up a conversation?"

"...Sure. Although i don't think i'm very interesting, nor anything I talk about. "

"Oh well, how about we take turns asking questions. I'll go first. Do you have a horse back home of your own?"

"...No. I borrowed horses from the palace stables. "

"Oh. Well your new horse, the one you rode here, her name is bangle. You can always pick a new horse. Your new kingdom has the most capable and beautiful horses in the land. Anyway, your turn to ask."

" where did you live before coming to the palace? "

"Well, that's hard to say. I was found as a child in a village on the outskirts of your kingdom, but I was helpless, and one of the royal maids took pity on me. I'm not exactly sure which village I lived in, but somewhere. Doesn't matter though, I am happy where I am. My turn! What is your favorite food?"

" ...Bread. I like bread. Although I do enjoy profiteroles, at least, as of recently. "

"Oh, yum! I have had a few of those, though I much prefer Swiss rolls."

The waiter came back into the room with two platters. Cantana got the food she ordered, and the princess received their classic butter dusted loaf as well as some bruschetta.

"This looks delicious!" cantana marveled

" Thank you. " She said to the waiter, looking down at her food.
