What was going on? Why can't I recognize where I am?
Saffron takes a quick look at her surroundings. Yep. Still nothing familiar. And with all this stale air there were no scents for her to track. Well, if my eyes and nose can't help right now, maybe my ears will. Saffron lets out her strongest howl, asking for the location of the nearest wolf.

I move back over to my pack mate. "Howl with me. Our pack mates should be able to hear us better if we howl together."

They looked pretty big, like she wasn't going to heal fully, ever.

"C'mon! Let's howl and see if anyone's nearby!" Your packmate says.

You both throw your heads back and howl.

Another wolf howls back, and it sounds nearby!

Saffron pursues the source of the howl rapidly and confidently. I may not be stealthy, but I am strong enough to take on a moon pack wolf should that be the source of the howl she thinks.
