Korak put away the rest of the bulbori and went out. He had trained in trapper techniques before his horns started to grow, and he still remembered some moves for catching without killing. With that strategy, he caught a a few squirrels and put them into a make shift cage in the den. He smiled. They would have their very own farm, and maybe they could even catch some birds. It would be easier to teach kits to hunt in an enclosed space.

Kara headed back into the den, licked Korak on the nose, and peered into the cage. She chuckled as the squirrels ran around madly.

Korak smiled, and went to find a good spot to rest. Laying down in a clump of blankets, he yawned and fell asleep.

"Either that or one just stayed behind." The woman at as she thought. "Theon, I want to tell you something that I haven't told anyone else before. You have to promise not to tell anyone alright?" She started. If she knew him, about his mixed blood then he needed to know about the rumor of hers. It wasn't much but still people would kill if they knew.

Kara also lay down, but doubled over with pain. She gasped and yowled out "Korak!" as she felt her kits coming.

Korak lifted his head sleepily, but when he saw Kara he instantly sprang up to her side. Some instinct took over, and he nuzzled her carefully, waiting for the first kit to show.

Kara's breathing was heavy, and she bit a branch that lay in the cave as the first kit showed.

Korak gently licked the kit clean and allowed it to search Kara's stomach to find where to suckle.

In the end, Kara had 3 more kits. She rested her head while they suckled.
