After that, I believe it is the Forgotten Tomb, then Aryth's Spire, then the Dungeon of the Foresaken, but the Dungeons are optional, then Sweet Blossom Orchard, followed with Astryl's Tranquility, and finally the Lost grove.
Starting from Sweet Blossom Orchard, battling will look a little different.

Don't say that. I was in the Shrine (Umbra Forest), then had this one day where I was going to get to the Lost Grove. Took me about 2 hours.

Wow! Yeah.. My rate is much slower then other people's >.< (I was doing my rate, I completed the grotto in like a a million weeks)

Yeah, I was doing my slow rate of a zone a week >.<
I forgot that not everyone has such a slow rate!

I have to admit I cheated a little bit though, I cleared Umbra Forest with a level 60 Superstat team with Vinethorn Equipment...

Well I will just try my best and plow through as fast as I can. I be fair though, I am quite slow. after each "level" I usually stay at that level for a bit to level up my pets before moving on

Oh yes, super stats! My team is strongest enough for now I guess, even though I still have my starter pet.Look at her stats compared to the rest of my party! (My starter pet is Shadow)
