I swear, I keep seeing this RP and I keep thinking this a Doctor Who RP, I swear.
So, question: Is this still open or no? And I guess another one: If I water the abilities down some, can I have a Time Lord character (like really water down the abilities.)

I shall debate about it, as I don't want to end up dragging this roleplay down because school stuff but I kinda wanna roleplay, as I haven't done anything similar lately.
