"Please trust me, she wouldn't hurt a fly. I've taken care of her for 17 years and she has never hurt anyone," She pleaded while Tyka still stayed still trembling, "Wh-hat is-s a lio-on?"

Hat guy scoffed. "Anyone can change in the blink of an eye."

Letter guy sighed. "Ma'am, I'm sorry. We have to take her, I wouldn't if I had a choice. I don't doubt your words, but we have our orders."

"Fine, but her blood is on your paws," She said giving one last loving glance to Tyka before she let the guard take her away, for good.

Letter guy gave a guilty and apologetic look to her before his partner wacked him in the back of the head. "Come on, softy. Let's just get this done so our shift is over." He growled, and then started off. He held Tyka firmly over his shoulder. Letter guy sadly followed behind, rubbing the back of his head. "Why did we even get this darn job." He mumbled.

Once they where out of the house Tyka's mom fell to her knees and started to weep, feeling sad, she had the last of the litter, in a way.
Tyka still was frozen, very confused still at what was going on. All she knew was she was going to die, but she didn't know why. She hadn't done anything wrong but they still thought she was a murderer.

Hat guy sure thought she could be. Letter guy didn't. Liana was near by, sniffing a flower that had grown on a lawn. She noticed the two carrying her to a van. It made her curious, being a sort of street cat person.

Hat guy walked up to the white van and swung open the door to the side, then tossed Tyka in.

Letter guy yelped. "Don't toss her!"

"Softy, get with the program. She's not safe, why should I be gentle with her?" Hat guy growled back.

Liana slipped over behind the van, peaking over with curious gray eyes. "Hm.Eep!" She hid as Letter guy looked in her direction with worry.

Tyka yelped when she hit the van floor, trying to dig in her claws to keep from sliding. It didn't help much and instead made an ear splitting screeching noise.
"Whoops," She mumbled sheathering her claws, staring for a moment as a head peaked up at her.
She blinked and it was gone, must have been my imagination, she thought as she sat there, wondering what she had done to deserve this fate.

"Hey, uh ... I think I saw something." Letter guy said to Hat guy but the harsh partner huffed. "You're an idiot, I doubt you saw anything." "But, it was there. I swear." "Fine, I'll check around." Hat guy said, then started toward the back of the van. Letter guy gave Tyka an apologetic look.

Liana hopped around to the other side where neither guards where, peaking in at Tyka. "Hm."

Tyka nodded nervously, her tail swishing as she stood up and tried to hop out of the van, her eyes wide open with fear. She didn't know what was going on but she didn't want to die. She was young and had a life to live. She didn't even notice her paw pads light up black, everything it touched started to get engulfed in black flames.

Liana noticed the flames, and so did Letter guy. He yelped, jumping away. Hat guy yelled at Letter guy, upset as if he'd started the weird fire. Liana rushed around and then grabbed hold of Tyka, any part of her at all, and yanked her side ways. She said nothing, gray eyes wide as she burst into a sprint, dragging Tyka behind her.

Letter guy whimpered as Hat guy started yelling at him about the fire. "B-but she's getting away!" "Don't go distracting from the thing at paw, go get water!" "I'm serious!"
