So by donating these ryos does that mean that I get a pair for 300k? Or is it 150k?

You will get a infertile ryori for 100k, since you're getting 200k off :) but if you want a non max mana, it will be 50k

Do the ryos have to be infertile?
(I was looking for a 4 vis pair that I could breed. Not looking to steal a design or anything)

Since they're max stat, yes they do, but I can give you a fertile pair of non-maxed ones :)
