The king helped his wife into her seat before taking a seat himself. Mino waved to a servant who then came out with a few helping hands and several trays of the finest foods. The dishes were offered one by one to the royalty before the servants dispersed.

Mino thanked them before asking them to take their leave and give the royalty some privacy.
"So my dear, how was your journey?" Asked queen Anthea softly.

" it was doable. The carriage was comfortable, but after a couple hours it gets tiring. " She said.

"Oh, well I am glad you made it safely," The queen said as she took several delicacies from the given trays.

"Well, while we are all together, would you like to tell us a bit more about yourself and your origins? From what we know, you are a girl that was chosen from the people to wed my son, but we know nothing more than that." Said the king in a curious and yet stern tone

"...Right. My mother was a maid in the palace that served the queen. I and the princess we're quite close in age, so we became friends. After awhile I entered the royal palace and became her lady-in-waiting, per the king's suggestion.

Because I was constantly by her side, I was taught the same things she was. "

"I see, so you are not as random as I have been suspecting." The kings remark earned him a swat from his wife.
"Well please my dearest child, don't mind my ever so inhospitable husband, we are more than happy to have you with us." The queen had smiled apologetically, wishing her husband could be a bit more tender towards the guest. At least now it was clear who Mino got the more entitled portion of his personality from.

Mino was silent, noting that she mentioned not who her father was. This indeed perked his interest. Perhaps her father was nothing more than a servant, so for now, Mino brushed his curiosity aside.

" it's fine. His suspicions aren't unusual. Neither of you were aware of my background. '' she felt it would be better to not mention who her father was. In public, the king and queen had a good relationship. Her existence meant that relationship was not as harmonious as it seemed.

"Well Princess Xolia, I think it is an excellent time to discuss plans, if you wouldn't mind. We have many in store, but we wish not to go through with it should it not suite your fancy." Said the queen humbly.

" it's alright. I'm sure whatever you have in store will be wonderful. " She said softly.

The queen laughed charmingly, shaking her head a bit.
"My dear, I think you misunderstand the situation. I have yet to hear about the plans as well. Temorin has taken the planning into his own hands."

Temorin looked up from his plate, finally ready to get a bit more involved in the conversation.
"Why yes actually, I had plans with Princess Xolia first thing tomorrow morning. I have a horse ride scheduled in the village and fields just outside the castle. I will be escorting her myself, and have no intention of taking any servants nor guards to accompany us. I trust my people enough not to worry of being harmed."

The king and queen looked at each other contently, glad to see their son putting a bit of effort towards aquatinting himself with his soon to be bride.

"I have already instructed the servants to have my horse prepared by the eighth hour of morning. We will leave at sharply eight-thirty. I have several other plans, but these are the first and foremost as well as the only one you need to be aware of as of now."

As soon as the prince had finished, he went about eating his meal, feeling as though he need not wait for a response.

She just gave a nod. " Then, I look forward to it. " She said as she began eating her own meal.
