Some of the younger kids backed up,and Basil's handler took her off the stand looking at him slightly concerned.Her other hand was near the comm on her hip.But the older kids just rolled their eyes at him.

He watched the kids roll their eyes and decided they would get eaten first if he ever got out of here. He snapped his head toward Basil's handler and saw her hand dangerously close to the comm. After glaring at her and puffing air on her he took a few steps back and looked at Basil. "It's fun doing that, trust me."
How dare those kids roll their eyes. Smh. :(

"It's as nice as a cage can get. I'd rather be out in the world instead of trapped here." He took a pause and growled towards the handler, he was starting to get annoyed and frustrated. Maybe you could say he was panicking, but over what? He had no idea, all he knew was that he was tired and he naturally disliked the handlers. He looked towards Basil and tried to calm himself down. "Do people try to break your cage?"
(Trying to make this more interesting by describing how I feel when I go shopping for more than 5 seconds.)

"Alright, I guess that makes sense. You are pretty small. I'll see you around I guess. Make sure you stay safe." After he finished talking with her he watched the handler walk away and decided to retreat back to his shady spot. He lied down against the tree again and closed his eyes once more.
