She walked up a couple inches. "...Hi. L-lorelei, K-kaynin. " Her voice was so soft that they could barely hear her, but they made out what she said.

Kaynin waved, sitting next to Lorelei. "Hello.", He smiled, itching his arm.

Lorelei nodded. So you gonna tell us your name? she asked. She smiled at her.

" Um...it's Kiara. " She was a bit louder this time, but not by a whole lot.

"Nice to meet you, Kiara.", He smiled, not knowing what else to say. Kaynin glanced at Lorelei, mentally asking for some help,

Kiara backed up into the shadows once more, almost completely disappearing from sight.

Lorelei sighed. Aww darn, I was really hoping to be her friend. she mumbled. While she did really want to be this girls friend, she was over exaggerating her disappointment to lay on some guilt. She hoped that might bring her out of her shell. She looked up at her then stood. It is fine Kaynin. We really shouldnt push her too far. she said, casting a sad glance at Kiara for good measure. She held out her hand to Kaynin to help him up.

She came back up, this time they could fully see her. " Um.. I'm sorry. " She said quietly.

She took her hand, helping her help him up. "It's fine Kiara, we can give you some time if you wish.", Kaynin offered, a kind smile on his face. "Oh, also I forgot I brought apples.", He said in a surprised voice as he searched a pouch at his side. His hand returned with three apples, how he held them in one hand was a mystery. "Here.", He smiled. Kaynin lightly underhand tossed the apple at Kiara. He put one in his mouth and offered the other to Lorelei.

She managed to catch it. " Um...thank you " she said, right before taking a bite out of the apple.
