Kiki smiled and suddenly appeared in front of Envious, "Ooo, the pet from earlier. You left so abruptly.. will you not train with us?" she giggled, "you're so like Edward.. all serious, high and mighty.. except you're just a pawn"

He glared at her and in a low growl said: "I'm not a pet, and I'm certainly not high and mighty got it?" He didn't deny being a pawn, he knew where he stood and it didn't surprise him.
She stepped closer towards the girl "Hey, hey it's alright, I never overhunt! I only get what I need to survive, wouldn't upset nature at all. Noe come. you don't look good, I'll help yeah?"
Avery squinted their eyes through the mask, they'd been traveling for weeks, stowing away on ships when the occasion arose but mostly taking back-alley trails finally they'd made it to what looked like a beautiful wilderness but a much colder climate. They huffed in annoyance, they'd heard of a safe place around here somewhere but have had trouble finding it.

Leto frowned, "But.. if you took from the wrong area, you may easily upset the balance" she murmured, "I'm sorry, but I can not.." as hungry as she was, it seemed wrong.

Velos' head rose as he looked towards the entrance. He stood up, ponytail swising. He could finally do something. Zachariah looked up at Velos, where Mercia happened to be pinning him down on the floor. He managed to say, "Where ya going?" in between the wrestling match which he was clearly losing.
Velos didn't reply for a few seconds, "There is someone at the border"
"Oh, cool! Let me up, Imma come with you - Ow!"
Velos walked out with his bow, not looking back as he touched a tree, disappearing mid-walk and reappearing touching a tree on Avery's side, walking towards her. His blue pony tail was being swept around by the wind, "Sorcerer's Republic's associate?" he asked in a low voice.

Envy tsked and turned away to continue towards the training grounds.
Eliza paused but then brightened "Thats alright, I have some herbs and plants too, I can make soup. That okay? Won't unbalance, no meat yeah?" she offered, she just wanted to get the girl out of the cold.
Avery jumped at the sudden voice and their staff whipped into their hands they turned around to face the person, eyeing them warily through their mask of happiness at the moment they nodded "yes, I've come looking for a supposed safe house"

Leto gulped and gave a nod, "Y-Yeah.. okay.." she murmured, looking over her shoulder and stumbling to her feet. She limped on one leg, as the other one had a pretty bad wound down the calf. She looked pretty beat up in general.

Velos gave a nod, "North-West. They asked me to swear secrecy because I entered.. can I trust you to do the same?" he asked in a monotoned voice, as if bored. He did border stuff just to escape, even though he was pretty new, he wanted to be out in the trees again, not in caves. He often repeated the same pointess thing over and over.

Eliza hurried to support the girl even offering to carry her if she didn't mind.
Avery quirked an eyebrow then remember that the guy couldn't see that so they said "I do, as long as there aren't any secret stipulations like you own my soul now or something" a slight tease escaping into their tone

"No. I am merely a border escort" he turned and walked off a few paces to the nearest tree, closing his eyes and touching it. A brown, glowing, runic symbol appeared on the bark. He stepped back, "That will take you there."

Leto was too tired to complain and rested on the girls shoulder as she went back to wherever the girl stayed, practically collapsing on the floor once they got there.

Avery nodded their thanks and stepped in.
Eliza let the girl into her cave and quickly set her down by the fire, bringing all the cushions and blanket she had to her, she quickly made the girl comfy then started on some chowder broth, a mix of herbal leaves and flavoured spicey water.
(also I think i'm gonna go ahead and make a new character mehehehehhehe)

Velos looked around, taking a few minutes to check that no one was following before closing up the rune and heading there himself, walking a little behind Avery to get to the secret hide out. He stayed silent, his face partially hidden and unreadable.

Leto watched her, although she was in slumber and simply asleep with her eyes open and senses partially alert.

Avery stumbled slightly as they left the spell and looked around taking in their environment
Eliza soon finished the chowder and stepped towards the girl "heya, foods ready, you awake?" she asked slightly worried.
Rel whistled contentedly as he cleaned his favourite Katana, he hadn't had any customers ina while but he didn't mind, it meant he had more time to his research and magic practice.
