Rather distant, and antisocial, never really good when it comes to social events, or situations. He prefers doing his own thing at times. Once he warms up to people though, he let's his social, funny self out. He is sometimes socially awkward, but he'd just never really been social in general, and is pretty shy. He is gentle, and sweet, caring a lot for others even if he's so quiet. He get's irritated quite easily if someone tries hard enough, and often mumbles what he would like to say to their face, even if he's too scared to say it. He's smart, and quick thinking, easily finding solutions or ways out of tight situations, he's also ready to give up his well being to save others, and stop crime.

Setsuko has always liked the cold, and can't stand hot weather. He grew up with a single father, but that never affected him too bad, besides some rumors in middle school and some at his school now.. He's always been socially awkward, and is a big nerd when it comes to reading and video games, particularly anime and manga. He wanted to do something productive with his life, so he chose this path to go along with.

i didnt change much, but i added a new theme and lightened up the backstory. no murder.

Powers: Can draw with neon in the air from her hands
Suit abilities: Speed bursts, almost like teleportation but its just really fast bursts of movement, leaves neon streaks behind as she does this.
