Skipping along the stirs, you finally reach the top, your eyes taking a moment to adjust to the brightness around you. It's a beautiful sunny day, clearly the reason for all the people. Across the rocky layer, sand blows with a few shrubs and dead trees around. In the near distance, you notice the ocean crashing against the rocky shore, keeping the air moist. One of the Guards turns to you, nodding his head down, "Safe travels Arico." It takes a moment to recognize him under his mask, but you make out the shining gold eyes and familiar posture of a friend, Ryx. He's a fellow Shifter, his shift animal being that of a tiger, and knows you from the many times you pass through the opening during his Guard duties.

She laughed and ran past, closed her eyes for a second, knowing it to be a friendly cat gesture she teased him with. She waved as she passed, looking over her shoulder and him on her way out, smiling as she ran along. She could feel her purse bouncing beside her. She'd collected a few herbs in it earlier for safe keeping as well as if she found any injured animals on her journey. She looked around for something to climb so she could feel the wind against her skin and through her air, as well as the smell of salt water. Arico smiled. She couldn't wait to see the beautiful wild lands she travelled across.

``I won't eat you.`` She shook her head. She held out her hand, ``Here, I might be able to help you.``

The bat looks unsure, but senses your kindness and walks towards your outstretched hand. Sniffing lightly, it sneezes once again before meeting your eyes with that of an innocent animal.

She slowly moved towards it, placing her hands on rocks and intertwining around them, necklace coming off her neck slightly. She tucked it into her dress quickly before skipping away towards the desert. She was fascinated about it. Arico didn't properly look where she was going or the path ahead. She hummed loudly to herself, singing a bit. Her necklace soon found it's way out of her dress and began tapping against her chest. Arico ignored it and continued on.

It tilted its head in curiosity, then it crawled towards your leg, climbing until it was atop your head! It peered down to look in your right eye and now you can hear it sniffling slightly from its cold.

Continuing on your random path, you notice some footprints in the sand/dirt to your side. They appear to be quite large, about the size of your hand, and also fairly new.
