You now need to begin your journey. The leader bids you farewell, and you must now go through either Brookclan (the small rock cliffs to one side of Stormclan's hill) or Nightclan (an open valley). Keep in mind that all the clans are hostile at this time- anyone could be hiding herbs.

Which clan's territory will you venture into? (you are looking for yarrow)

"Nightclan might be easier to run away if we get cornered. Though, they shouldn't attack a medicine cat, right?"

Amberfern answers. "They cannot. But who knows what they will do at this time?" She continues in the general direction you are traveling in.

As you are walking, Amberfern sniffs the air, looking around wildly.
"What is it?" You mew, confused- but maybe it's herbs.
"I'm not sure," Amberfern replies. "We need to find Yarrow. Should we go check it out?"

What do you do? Follow the scent, or continue?

"We might as well follow the scent." Cloudfall's tail tip flicks worriedly, and he stays very close to the medicine cat.

Since you have level 1 scent and tracking, you know for sure it's not a cat.
However, when you get to the edge of the valley of Nightclan, you realize it can't be herbs, the scent is too strong. But it's too late.
The creature sitting on the ridge at the border between Nightclan and Cliffclan is a huge badger. It turns, then sniffs the air and lumbers toward you.
Suddenly, it charges at you, there's only a few feet between you.
