just one question Lets say you do the drawing and the person who wins isn't there at that moment how long do they have to pick it up?

Generally i'll give it a couple of days. If the winner lets me know in advance that they're going to be away, then i'll just reserve it for them.

If the winner goes completely AWOL - then I will pick another winner (using RNG)
