I dont have enough tokens for the ice water but I am willing to buy the hat and scarf for frost tokens and the ice water for gold if you want to sell it for gold (also is there a way to send them to you? there not in my inventory but they show up in the festival shop)

If you've 'used' the frost tokens and they appear in your shop, they're not tradable, I'm afraid. You'd have to find some more
For the ice water, I will accept gold but I don't have a good price on it, maybe around 50k, as that's how much the upgrade costs
