The Koalus comes down a branch or two, and takes a few leaves, tossing them towards you.

I catch the leaves easily. I reach up to a lower branch and take a couple leaves, gently tossing them at the Koalus.

I will look around to see if there are any other hiding places the snarl could have come from.

After thinking for a moment, I take the leaves the Koalus gave me and put them in my mouth. I try not to cringe at the disgusting taste, chewing and swallowing them.

You don't really see any place the snarl could be coming from, other than the hole.
