2. Species? That's a hard one. I really like Sylvorpas and Kelparies, and I think Lunemaras are badly underrated by most players, but I would have to say the Zolnixi.

If you're asking about my favorite individual Sylesti, it's either my Starter, Calamander--

3. Why Zolnixies? Because they are so much like foxes. I adore foxes, and have since I was quite tiny. As for why those two Zolnixies, well, Calamander has been with me since the beginning in Sylestia, and Aqua Regia is my only Tagged Legendary. He also has a lot of my favorite traits, and I used a Greater Mutator to give him the Magic Spell trait, which makes him the only Tagged Halloween Nixi who has that trait.

4. My favorite hobby is playing recreational role-playing games. I wrote my Master's degree dissertation about them, and I met the person I eventually married at a game I was running.

5. My favorite color is purple. Even my car is purple.

6. Funniest memory? You don't want much, do you? Well, here's a good one. I was supposed to run a role-playing game, but we had to wait on some people, so we sat around talking.
One of my players (I'll call him "Edgar") told us about his former college roommate, a boy from Kuwait. Among other things, the roommate gave Edgar a real djellaba and keffiyeh. At our urging, Edgar brought these items out, and we took turns trying on the keffiyeh.
Then Edgar left to check up on our missing people, and another player ("Kenneth"), held the djellaba up to himself; we could all see it was roughly his size. At our urging, Kenneth decided to try it on.
He got stuck.
Seriously. He tried to pull the garment on over his head, managed to get one arm an part of another arm through the sleeves, and then discovered that the silk material was tough and would not stretch at all and the djellaba was just about half a size too small for him.
He couldn't put it on--yet he couldn't take it off!
Kenneth stood in the middle of the room for a moment, wiggling, turning this way and that, and then said "Somebody help?"
But none of us could! He looked so ridiculous, and was so thoroughly and unexpectedly stuck, that we were all helpless with laughter. He looked kind of like a white silk caterpillar that was trying to stand on its tail. My friend "Hamster" was literally rolling on the floor and weakly pounding the floor with a fist. "Laura" and "Melanie" were alternately whooping and giggling while they clung to each other so they wouldn't fall over. I ended up on the floor because I fell off my chair from laughing, and I kept laughing so much I couldn't climb back into it!
In moments, Kenneth had caught our hilarity and started laughing too. Of course, this made his efforts to get out of the djellaba even more absurd and hopeless. He eventually just flopped onto the floor, laughing, and gave up on extricating himself.
After a while, we started to calm down just a bit. Also we were tired. Kenneth had just managed to wheeze the words, "Can--anybody--help?" when Edgar (remember Edgar?) came back into the room.
Edgar looked at the gamers strewn all over the floor, giggling weakly, one of them imprisoned in his djellaba, and blurted, "What's going on?"
That set us off again. It took us over twenty minutes to finally stop laughing, and then it took three of us to get Kenneth out of the djellaba.

7. A lot of people helped me out in Sylestia, especially when I was new. I can't say who helped me most. However, I will mention Iocane, because Sylestia just recently finished a Festival.
My first Festival was the 2014 Fall Fest. When the Fest Zone opened, I was confused by the battle format, since I had not yet made it to Astryl's Vale. The only battle format I knew was that found in Viridian Meadows and Umbra Forest. So I was making very slow progress indeed and becoming really frustrated by all the chat about the Themed pets other players were catching. I especially wanted to catch a Zolnixi, but I didn't see any Themed at all.
Before the first day of that Festival ended, Iocane gave me this beautiful Chocolate Delight vixen as a gift--

(I recently Mutated her to have the Feather Dust; she wasn't born with it.)

That made me feel much better about the Festival, and I was able to enjoy it (and catch some Themed of my own). Thanx, Iocane!

2: I love dragons! The Ny'vene look a LOT like dragons. I think I love dragons because of how graceful and ferocious they can be, kind of like wolves are (favorite real life animal), but dragons look cooler than wolves.
3: I find reading really enjoyable.
4: My favorite color is blue.
5: I remember laughing so hard that I started tearing up. I don't remember what I was laughing about though.
6:For the most part I've had to figure things out by myself, but a couple people have helped me! They just kind of explained how some things worked. Like how to breed to get traits and stuff. I can't ping them though, sorry!
