I use Sai and Photoshop interchangeably. The outline is the stroke layer style in PS. :3

You can get PS CS2 for free - WITHOUT pirating it. Google it C:

Also, note to all.. I'm no longer accepting free requests, but I'll do the ones previously requested. That said, I'm starting Imperium's first, as he paid me lots and I'm almost done with it anyways. Then I'll finish the 2 or 3 other requests and take a break. x3
I'll probably still accept a few pay what you want things, but still only one at a time, as I don't want to get swamped. Hope that's okay with everyone. <3

Hello~! I absolutely love your arts~ hehe, I was wondering what you'd charge for a piece like you have been doing? I know those have been auctions, but just in case you are still taking maybe ideas for 'pay what you want'?
I'm more than willing to wait for art if you need to, your art is wonderful! And I ask you the price because its your labor and time, and I want to make it worth while for you~
