my name is rather simple to explain. I just really like sheep.
Sylestia was one of the first online games I played, and I used to play aywas, but now I forgot my username and whatever so that's a problem.

Some other usernames I've had on the internet were...let me see, aho-hime (my deviantart, i was literally thinking of sports anime where at least one character has their word baka or aho integrated into their name affectionately, like in haikyuu and kurobasu, and the hime came from an affectionate name used by people on a blog named tourabuheadcanons for a character named Kousetsu Samonji. So, combine them and we have aho-hime. Only later did I realize how incredibly stupid the name sounded.)
On tumblr, I have two blogs, one of which I will not give away here because it's kinda weird and yeah..
the other one, my (rather unused) art blog, is called chyuuchu. Weird name, right? It's a combination of japanese onomatopoeia. Chyuu is "squeak". Like, the sound a mouse makes. "Chu" is the kiss sound. Yeah.
So basically, it's a bundle of nonsense that translates to "squeakkiss" or "kisssqueak"

So, yeah, it's pretty lame.

I am a Christian, and to follow the example of Jesus I have to be "upside down" compared to the world--to treat with special consideration those who usually get ignored, to treat others as I would want to be treated, and generally to hold myself to the standards that are discussed in the Bible. So when I see my name, UpsidedownSarah, it is a reminder to me that I need to focus on serving and helping people and especially those who tend to get pushed off to the side. That's what Jesus would do.

So, I've been thinking about posting here, and now finally doing it.

Drowqueen wasn't my typical or prefered username, but it is a nice one, lol.

I was gonna go with Lady Diamond, a username I've used in alot of places, but it was taken.. so, since I really didn't want to use Xzandra, my default, I decided to make something new, something unique, and something I had never used before:

Drowqueen= My fave race + lol... the first word that came into my head that wasn't dumb or inapropriate.


It kinda stuck. I briefly went through a faze where i was gonna change it, but, after looking up the keyword 'Drow' in the user search, i found i was the only one using the dark-elves, so it was really unique. (only other name that popped up was Drown)

Now Drowqueen has taking over as my prefered username, and i only use Lady Diamond where it is required.

My mom made up Lady Diamond, which is the name of a Vampire, and at the time, my favorite gemstone was diamonds. LD(as she's refered to as) was born to a pirate, but did not know this, as she was raised by her mother's new husband, whom was a prince. She was turned by her actual father when she was 17 years old*.

Xzandra, on the other hand, was just the last part of my first name, Alexzandra, and yes, my mom really added the 'z'. After being called 'Alex' my whole life, I realized Xzandra had a nice ring to it, and a wicked Drow look.

Wow it's really neat to read how everyone got their usernames :)

I've used this moniker fora very long time -- since 1996 or so. pretty much anywhere on the internet you see rainkeltoia, it's me. I have yet to find a place where I have had someone else use it first. The name itself comes from my teenage years and the early internet. Rain because it is my favorite weather, and was very representative of my emotional state then, and somewhat now, though far more mature. The Keltoia part is a english feminization of the term keltoi, which came from the greek term for the celtic people. That includes the Gaelic peoples of France, and those who lived in the British Isles. I've always been fascinated with my ancestry, and a large portion of my ancestors were Scottish/Irish/British. So that's the name I picked to use online and it's stuck ever since. I love the way it sounds and it is pretty unique, so I've been able to use it for all my needs.
