As can be seen, Flynn wears a black inner shirt, donning a pale blue and white, sleeveless coat on the outside. Dark blue rectangular patches of cloth circle close to the neck, and are partially hidden when he wears his shoulder guards. Dressed similarly to a knight, Flynn bears a sword on his left hip, being right-handed, and metals boots and gauntlets, similar in style to his shoulder guards. A white belt secures his overcoat to his person, and a red cape trails behind him. For aid in magic, Flynn dons a circular relic close to his heart.

Personality:
Flynn is both very by the book, and not at all at the same time. He's a gentleman, and there is no means of arguing that matter. He prefers to settle fights and issues with words and negotiations than swords, but he will by no means stand down if a blade is trust at him and will give it his all to win; though avoid harming his opponent if at all possible. He treats those of higher authority than himself with the utmost respect and courtesy, though this does not necessarily mean that he thinks of them in high regard, and extends that same politeness to those around him.
He has a high-regard for the rules and expects that he and others should follow them, frowning upon rebellious acts (read: most of what Yuri does) and will try to put a stop to something if he feels wrong-doing is being done (read: except in the case of Yuri, and if the wrong-doing itself borders on a black and white line) Despite this, due to his less than luxurious childhood, Flynn sympathises with the less privileged, and tends to favour their side of the story, though he does his best to be impartial.Flynn can sometimes act on his own sense of justice, but tries to stick with what is socially accepted, preferring to attempt to change society from within via politics and such, unlike Yuri who'd prefer to change the world by force.
On a rather amusing note, despite Flynn's friendly and understanding demeanour, when it comes to allowing himself to grow close to someone or make friends, he's not very good. Because he is used to restraining his personal feelings,(though, again, Yuri seems to be the exception to this) he isn't good with bonding with others. His personal feelings are kept to himself, and he is much better at listening to someone else speak about their problems than talking about them himself. In the end, he always has more fans and admirers as friends, and it often leaves him with a sense of loneliness that he tries to lock away.
Flynn has a strong sense of justice, and is stubborn when it comes to his duties. He works hard, and usually goes by the book, but he does sometimes do something underhanded, but only if he feels that it is needed to serve the greater good. Flynn knows the law well, and roughly knows politics, though due to lack of experience, can't say if he'll make a good leader or not. If someone breaks the law, he will make sure that he or she gets the punishment they deserved, even if it was necessary. He tends to have a harder hand when dealing with Yuri.
He gives respect to people in positions of power, but he isn't afraid of pushing back, regardless of how well off said person is. Unfortunately, Flynn's nature makes him work so hard that he constantly goes beyond his limits. It takes a person as stubborn as him in order to get him away from his work - usually Yuri, as the dragon tends to be as obstinate as him in quiet a number of situations.
Flynn's personality changes depending on whom he is interacting with. If he is interacting with Yuri, he tends to have a verbal sparring match with the dragon, usually one laced with sarcasm and wit. He loses a bit of his formality when around his best friend, but only a little bit. Flynn is known to get really angry only with Yuri, and only outwardly shows a fraction of his frustration. When he is around others, he is polite and hides any negative emotions he may feel toward a situation even if it irritates him.
An important aspect of Flynn's personality is his inability to ignore a person in need. He has to help them; it's like a compulsion for him. If a crime is being committed, Flynn will stop at nothing to make sure the criminal gets punished for disobeying the law, but only by fair trial.
Bio/History:
Well, there isnt much to be said about Flynn - he grew up in one of the less privilege areas of Alaivar, where lifestyle was poor and everyone was barely surviving at best. However, unlike the others who lived there with him, Flynn didnt take a fondness to snatching and stealing and the like to survive - he did it by legal means, even if it was hard work.
When he was 8, going 9, he become co-owner of Yuri with his father, who had befriended a travelling dragon years back. As this legendary creature really never could sit still - and feared her travelling would get in her way of raising a child - she thought it best to pass her egg to a human who had at least proven he could take care of a child. As such, both father and son - mother as well - took care of the egg till it hatched, whereby Flynns father gave Yuri the name his mother wished him to have. Thankfully the mother had given Flynns father a female and male name.
As Yuri and Flynn grew, the latter proved to be capable of taking care of the dragon, and soon took to taking care of the growing male by himself. When he applied for the academy and was accepted at the age of 13, Flynn and Yuri held a talk with Yuris mother and father, hoping theyd allow Yuri to follow - they still needed their permission, after all, since though Flynn was the one taking care of Yuri, they were still his parents.
After concluding that Yuri was attached to Flynn and would not leave him, both mother and father allowed their son to go with the young boy. So since then, Yuri and Flynn have been at the academy, 'adopted' a canine at the age of 14, and are soon to graduate, with Flynn turning 19 in some few months.

Alongside Yuri, Flynn owns a pet canine called Repede, who tends to carry around the pipe Flynn's father gave him. This canine can fight with a sword, and for some reason has a tendency to nearly always have something in his mouth. Repede's the one of the left in this pic, and can also be seen here
Was it mentioned that eating Flynn's food equates to flirting with death? Or in Hetalia terms, as I found out, means he's worse than England.

Yuri sometimes wears a different style of clothing as a human, shown in the picture between Flynn's and Yuri's forms. His hair is classified as 'black' by most people, getting him called 'raven' every now and then in his human form. Though, his hair does seem purple in certain lightings.

Bio/History:
Yuri was adopted by the Scifo family, when his mother feared that her travelling - Yuri's mother was one who could never settle down in a place for long - would endanger her child should she attempt to raise him. As his father was the same, his mother resorted to passing the egg to her human friends, Flynn's mom and dad.
When Yuri hatched, he was initially raised by the Scifo family as a whole, but as he grew up, Flynn soon became his main caretaker. During the 4-5 years with his human family, he was taught simple things - hunting, scavenging, digging... english words thrown here and there... However, when he went to the academy with Flynn, he's education broadened, and with his partner climbed the ranks.
However, unlike the well-behaved, well-mannered Flynn, Yuri somehow ended up with nearly the exact opposite personality - the dragon was one of the most mischievous, rebellious and unruly students there was! It was needless to say that Yuri made life very difficult for teachers and students alike - unsurprisingly, Flynn was used to it, and most turned to him to set things right when Yuri was misbehaving.
Though, both still remain partners and friends despite their differences and endless fighting - hey, opposites attract - and share many similarities in truth. But there's one thing both agree on - they can't wait for graduation... and go back and see their families, of course.

Ever since Yuri gained his human form, he can be found in his human form more so than his dragon form - which is usually too large to fit in most places. As such, he's picked up various things (even though its been barely a year since he gained his human form), from cooking (equating his food to ambrosia like quality), to fighting and overall most other human things. However, some things like writing and such....still not so good. Currently, while he can fight unarmed, he's taking some lessons from Flynn to improve his swordplay.
Flynn had a rather difficult time pronouncing Mathakelarkaan, and after finding out it meant 'Earth Wolf', gave Matha, as he used to call Yuri, the name 'Yuri Lowell', Yuri meaning earthworker and Lowell meaning young wolf. Yuri uses this alias for his human form. Yuri and Lucian are friends, but not as close as Flynn and Yuri.
