Actually, all heights are basically the highest point of the pet if it's standing in a normal position. Your drawing of the Qitari is pretty much spot on for that description.

If it were 4'6'' to their shoulders, then they'd be basically the size of an actual horse and we didn't design them to be that large.

So a little unorthodox, but just think of it as total height.

Can I snag the Faelora spot? My avatar (who is supposed to look like a Frost Giant from the Thor movies) is 5' 5".
