There's, like, 50 players with "kitsune" in their name. It's a multi-tailed fox in Japanese lore, I believe.



They don't really post in threads or chat though, so it doesn't come up often. :p

Once upon a time, I received a surprise PM from a player, offering me a link to a 1-coin themed Nyte with the explanation that they had previously promised to give me one. I didn't remember any such promise, nor had I ever had a particular interest in Nytekries, but so as to avoid offending anyone, I took it. I figured I must have mentioned that themed Nyte at one point, been offered one (by the oh-so-generous and glompable Festival crowd) and simply missed it because of fast-moving chat.
It was only after another incident of Xavion/Xovinx mix-up that I realized someone might have promised Xavion said owl, then mistakenly given it to me.

Here's the real mystery, though. Xavion, were you ever promised a themed Nytekrie that never showed up? :}
