Jak smiled cruely. " Yah best hold your tongue if you don't want Yeti hearing you...he would easily fail you...or make the tests impossable to complete..." he said, chugging down the last of the rum and calling for a re-fill before looking at him. " But first I have to ask you some questions..." he said, narrowing his eyes.

Yeti stared at the cat and a real smile appeared on his face. " Well hello there..." he said and gently picked the cat up and cradled her in his arms. " Your a pretty cat aren't you?" he said before gently scratching under her chin. " What's her name?" he asked curiously to the shop keeper, seeming as though he had completely forgotten about the map. " She's a very pretty cat..."
Yeti carried on stroking the cat with a smile plastered to his face. Cats always got the better of him...

Dusk and Dawn suddenly looked very surprised as the wind blew the cape away to reveal what he looked like. Dawn quickly ran over and lifted up his arm to look at the tattoos. " Oh...Oh sister look!" she said happily before looking at her sister.
Dusk sighed and nodded. " Yes I am not blind Dawn..." she said before looking at the man with a slightly softer expresstion then her previous angry expresstion. " What are you may I ask? Clearly not human with those eyes...tattoos maybe but eyes no..."

Merin narrowed his eyes. " Well...I can't take you with me! Your heavy and if I take you under water you will drown moron!" he said angrily and shoved her again. " and stop playing games! There are no shadows there! It's as bright as a harvest moon when all the stars are showing!"

Henry's eyes narrowed and he looked slightly suspicious, "Shoot." He said, waiting for the question about his previous job. He of course wouldn't tell this man he is a thief. He would make up some lame story about being a merchant and being laid off or something. If that didn't work then he wouldn't join, he didn't need people monopolizing him.

Elizabeth let out a startled meow and began purring. She knew her master wouldn't want her to change back into human form just yet. Her master had that look in her eye, she was thinking up something completely devious.
Catherin smiled, "You like cats doya'. Well if you want, just for a little bit more. You can have her and the map." She said and sat the map down on the table. She had bee trying to get rid of Lizzy for awhile because she found that Neko to be rather annoying.

Nych smiled, showing a set of fangs. "I, my lady, am a Nych. Ruler of Mer species." He said, blinking his glowing orange eyes at her. "Were you rule the waters above sees, I rule it below." He explained. He wondered if they ever saw a Nych up close. If they didn't know what he was then it was better for him. He was pure evil in most Mer eyes, cruelly killing just for fun.

Lydia closed her eyes and grabbed onto the dock. She didn't want to see the shadows as they reached for her, she could feel there oily presence all over her body. Pulling herself up, she turned and looked at him. "Don't believe me if you want but i'm not human. If you guess what I am I will spare your life." She said with a malice grin.

Jak smiled. " Ah...don't like that? Well we aren't just gonna let some stranger waltz onto the ship now will I? That is bad...bad news..."
Jak took a glug of his rum before staring at the man with serious eyes. " First off...family life...what was it like? For you anyway...had any siblings? What did they lead on to do? "
Finding out someone's family life is very important, a man who keeps it secret is one to not be trusted, one to open may be a problem but one in the middle, willing to share a bit of info is good...

Yeti looked interested in the offer and then frowned. Jak might not like it...but a cat for the ship could be good right? Add a little...colour to their life style? Besides...he could say he'll give the cat some of his food right? He wouldn't mind...could always try his hand at fishing...
" Hmm...I'll add one more silver...that would be all my money on me right now..." he said and stroked the cat some more. " Don't understand why yah want to be rid of such a beautiful cat...

Dawn laughed. " He's funny! " she said. " Because I thought Water Spirits where on top...you know...controling water and all that? " she said happily as she carried on lifting up one of his arms and lowering it to look at the tattoos.
Dusk snorted. " I think your right Dawn...but...he is wrong in one part...us being rules up here? " she laughed. " their is a ruler on this land moron!"

Merin shook his head. " Alright I am just fed up of these damn pranks...people pouring oil into the water in bad enough but this is just pathetic.." he said and at that let go of the girl. " And just remember...I saved you from drowning just now so don't think about spearing me..."

Henry snorted and raised his hand to get another drink. "My family life..." He muttered. "That's hitting low." He growled slightly. "I had no siblings." He said, at least he knew he could tell the truth about that. "My mom was a prostitute so I don't know my father." He added thoughtfully. "Is that enough?" He asked, slightly agitated. He was hiding something and hoped Jak didn't pick up on it.

Catherin smiled and held her hand out for the money. "You'll see." She muttered. Waiting for him to give the money she looked closely at the Neko, it was another mouth to feed and it wouldn't eat cat food. She had tried that already.

Elizabeths eyes opened and she had the urge to change back to her human form. She was loyal to Catherin and was hurt that the girl would just sell her like that. She didn't want to be a servant of this scum, he smelled terrible.

Archie's eye began twitching, no wonder the damn people who paid him wanted these girls to die. They were utterly annoying. "Can you please just show me around?" He asked, trying to get them away from the water. They continued to talk but no one was really making any moves in the way he wanted them to. They were a complete mystery.

Lydia concentrated, she could see the world slowly disappearing into black around them. She knew his greatest fear was loneliness and she would bring him to his knees. "You're scared to be alone. You never had anybody you could trust." She said loudly, her voice echoing in the darkness that never seemed to end.

Jak carried on staring at him. His hand resting on his mug of rum but not lifting it up for a drink. " And? What did you feel about your family life? The bad points...good points...that kind of thing..." he said slowly, as though the other man was some kind of idiot who didn't understand things said at a usual rate.

Yeti smiled and nodded. " Eh...first...is there anything she hates? I don't fancy ending up finding out the hard way " he said smiling. " I might be able to catch her some fish if she likes them..." he noted as he took his small leather bag out again and smiled at the cat. She was cute...hope she doesn't mind the shredded meat and carrots the crew have to eat...it was actually a well sorted ship, lots of tasty food...not slop like some ships and potatos where sometimes seen in a meal to...or a apple for a side...a half apple that is...

Dawn made a 'tsk' sound. " Sorry...but we would be to worst people to show you around...we only know the areas near the sea...father and mother hated us going anywhere else..." she admitted and stopped messing around with his arm. " And you might want to cover up again...humans don't seem to react that well to..." she paused and glanced around. " Creatures like us and you"
Dusk then facepalmed herself. " Sister we are not meant to let anyone who that you blabber mouth! " she said angrily.

Merin's face looked slightly shocked and slightly surprised. He turned his head away and started slowly swimming away. Damn that girl, he thought, making wild guesses that...that are...that are wrong! He didn't want to think that was his greatest fear yet he knew it...every night a nightmare of being alone...tossed out...

"Feel..." He muttered. "I pretty much went through my whole childhood not feeling anything. I decided not to let it effect me. The only good point of my life was when I got to leave her behind. Told how much I hated her and never seen her after that." He said, a smile spreading across his face. "So pretty much, feelings weren't apart of my life. I can't really think of anything else that made me happy or sad for that matter." He said hoping the guy would stop asking questions now. he didn't want to open up about his past anymore, he was only concerned fro his future.

Catherin smiled, she got him right were she wanted him. "Give me the money and she'll tell you." She said, using a lip of her words. He probably wouldn't notice because he was to busy groping poor Lizzy. She wasn't sad exactly about letting Lizzy go but she would miss having someone to talk to.

Archie couldn't seem to find a way around what she just said. Doing like she asked he covered himself back up and smiled. "Well then what do you do for fun?" He asked, maybe if he were friends with them he could say he found something cool in town and they should come check it out. It wasn't a brilliant plan but it's all that he had for now.

Lydia watched him swim away and she let the vale drop. She didn't even really want his soul. Sitting down, she swung her feet off the edge and stared down into the water. Nowhere to go, no friend to bother. She was utterly alone with these oily, disgusting shadows.

Jak nodded slowly. " You sure open up a lot " he said with a slight annoyed tone in his voice. " Anyway...how do you deal with death? " he asked. " Got to know because we will be killing few people...in fact you might die in the week of tests..." he said.

Yeti smiled and shook his head. " I'm not that experienced with cats you know...but I suppose it would be fun to find out..." he said, he then fished out the money with one hand, the other still cradaling the cat. After handing over the money he put the leather bag away and picked up the map. He was about to leave when he quickly asked a question. " She hasn't got a problem with rats right? There is a few running around in my home...can scare you if they suddenly run out of the shadows..."

Dawn smiled. " Well...we are mostly bussy with work...we are lucky to get the whole day off today! So we thought we would go for a swim..." she said, smiling. "Do you like swimming? Or do you just find it a chore?" she asked curiously and Dusk just rolled her eyes in boredom.

Merin dived under water. But he went just deep enough so she wouldn't be able to see him but he could see her. He stared at her, curious to know why a human had know his greatest fear...
well...why should he care anyway?! He thought to himself.

Henry shrugged his shoulder, "I only have a problem with it if it is a person I am loyal to." he said, remembering that older lady he had forced down an alley. He took her purse and anything else that looked expensive and just offed her right there.

Catherin smiled and opened her wallet. She had a lock on it and she quickly got it off. Dropping the coins inside she locked it back up. "Like I said, ask her." She said and walked out of the room. She had never met a pirate who was so damn curious before.

Elizabeth was tired of being held by someone, she could feel her body shifting and growing. It only took a few seconds and she was back in human form, completely naked. Still in his arms she smiled up at him. Her K-nines longer then most humans. "Hello master, I am here to serve." She said in a robotic voice. She couldn't help but scratch at her white cat ears and try to grab her tail. All the time she had her one eye closed.

Lydia swatted around her trying to get the dark figures to go away. She wasn't necessarily happy right now, she even might consider letting a soul go and then eating it again just for fun. Scooting closer to the edge she dipped her toe in the water. Causing circles to ripple around it.

Jak made a 'tsk' sound as though he had answered a easy question wrong. " RIght...right.." he then looked at him with serious eyes. " This question is more of a command...empty your pockets " he said. " I won't take anything...just want to see what you have in them...that's all..."

Yeti was confused why she kept wanting him to ask the cat...he didn't understand cats that well...but the next thing he knew the cat had changed into a naked girl in his arms and he cried out in surprise. " W-what the..." he said and glanced around everywhere, expecting to see the cat he was once holding actually just walking around.
He then looked back, looking very confused. " Err...what just...happened?" he asked, very confused.

Dawn smiled. " Well...we are mostly bussy with work...we are lucky to get the whole day off today! So we thought we would go for a swim..." she said, smiling. "Do you like swimming? Or do you just find it a chore?" she asked curiously and Dusk just rolled her eyes in boredom.

Merin sighed to himself and rubbed in between his eyes. Curiosity getting the better if him he swam back up and broke the surface of the water. He then grabbed the girl and pulled her back in, though he kept hold of her. " How did you know...?" he said, making it sound like a question but at the same time a command.

Henry's cool composure cracked for a second but he then recovered it slowly. "I'm sorry. i can't do that." He said taking a drink of his rum. "It's really none of your buisness, I may want to join your ship but I have a right to privacy." He said, slamming the mug down on the counter. He didn't care if he couldn't get in now, this guy was pushing it to far.

Elizabeth looked up at him with her one eye. "You bought me, I am your servant now." She said, her cat tail flicking and hitting the back of his leg. "Am I allowed down now Sempai?" She asked, she was done getting groped by this guy. She wasn't a toy.

Nych smiled, "Of course I love to swim. I am a see creature." He said and tried to give her the nicest smile he could manage. "You wanna go swimming?" He asked, reaching up to take his cape off. He could change back to his real form for once.

Lydia let out a scream when something grabbed her and pulled her down. She thought it was the ark figures till she heard his voice. She could feel his arms around her and it made her blush. "Because I'm not human." She said, trying to make her voice stop wavering.
