"Ok, I should probably start decorating my new home!" Luna squeals with excitement as she waves to her sister and runs off. She starts by unpacking her bags, placing her clothes in the dresser and putting her paintings up. Luna loved to paint. She really was a quiet and shy girl, but got excited when she was around someone she was comfortable with, like Raven. She started humming as she unpacked. She got out her violin and placed it on a stand by her bed. I wonder if I'll make any new friends here, She thought to herself.
There was some dust you had to wipe away as you decorated but other than that it was pretty tidy. you found five nice pots and also there was a stone fireplace in the main room making it nice and cozy as well as a large cowhide rug in the center with a comfy blue chair and matching footstool. The kitchen was roomy and very bright with light color woods and lots of windows and high ceilings with open rafters. the bedroom to the right as you walked in had the same vibe as the kitchen but the ceilings were a bit lower and it seemed more cozy you could also see the blooming pink trees and the shore line from one of the windows. There were also some more seed packets on the bed and a Note wrapped neatly in an envelope. After a while you could hear Raven outside closer to the shore at the front of the cottages it sounded like she was talking to someone

After Luna finished unpacking her small bags, she hurried outside to see who Raven was talking to. I wonder if I can get a pet here? She thought. Luna loved animals, and foxes especially. Humming to herself, she stepped outside. She knew she would love it here! She couldn't wait to go to town and meet some of the townspeople. There were a few farming tools in a chest outside her cottage, she inspected them on her way towards Raven's cottage.

It read 5:30 PM meaning the sun would set in a round 7. In the main room there was a chest with basic gardening tools and a hammer and pick as well as an axe nestled snuggly beside a large stone fireplace. other than the color of the paint and the details in the design it all looked like a blank canvas. At the door there was also a fishing pole hanging on the wall.

It seemed raven was talking to a man around her age down where the board walk goes towards the forest area. He was Holding a beautiful lavender rooster and a carton of eggs.

If I set up a pot of stew, it should be done if I leave to go explore for about an hour... She thinks, and grabs a can of vegetables, a bit of seasoning, flour, canned meat, and of course some beef broth, setting everything up and then adding it into a pot she had found in the kitchen. Once she's sure everything will be fine while she's gone, Kistka puts most of her pet foxes in cages while bringing only the three youngest with her to go explore the land she is now living on. She puts two fox kits in two of her coat pockets, and hold the third, Mika in one arm, carrying the axe from beside the fireplace in her other arm in case she ends up running into something dangerous.
Kist quickly runs outside to escape the chaotic screaming, yipping, and whining coming from the cages the foxes are being held in. They did not seem to be pleased with the fact that they had been confined. "Alright then, now to find where I will be working..." She thinks aloud, wandering down the path that led to her cabin.

As you made the stew you notice the cabinets were pretty bare and there only seemed to be enough food stuffs for a couple of days so gathering food would be needed soon enough. as you made your way down the path there was a small woodland trail that veered off the main path. And the entrance was borders by two black berry bushes only a couple of berries had come around and were ripe enough signifying the season of plenty for berry picking would be in soon enough in the coming days. the pines here also seemed to have dropped a lot of cones and straw over the course of last year and there were even some young saplings that had grown in the thinly visible path that would be easy enough to remove. However the path seemed a little ominous as dark would set in within the hour...

Luna skids to a stop before peering at them. Who is that guy? she thought nervously. Does he know my sister?? Also, are we ever gonna go fishing like Raven said? Luna adjusts herself, then accidentally steps on a twig. Crack! Raven and the man both swivel their heads to look at her.

Raven does have her fishing pole in hand as she spoke to the guy, but she almost dropped it when they turned to look at you. The fella looked at you and gave an almost awkward smile before speaking " Uh Hey, I'm Shane... you must be Luna, I was just telling your sister a little bit about the valley" he said glancing at Raven " and I was also letting her know we had a litter of barn cats born the same time as our shepherd pups... we are trying to find new homes for them currently there are a few left that haven't been claimed if y'all want to stop in tomorrow and check them out." there was a long pause before he piped up again as if he'd forgotten something " Oh! and I run the farm supply shop this way from here" he said pointing at the wood walk " we have anything you need for raising animals as well as cows, chickens, ducks, rabbits, sheep, pigs and goats all raised in our barns and cared for by yours truly"

Did you really think you could ever be friends with anyone here? You are so clumsy and bad at talking to people. No one will like you. Luna sniffs. Shane is looking at her weirdly, and Raven looks sympathetic. Luna stands there awkwardly for a few more seconds, then can't take it anymore and runs away, back to her cottage, a few tears running down her cheeks.

You hear Raven yell to Shane as she took off after you and him respond but it was hard to make out what they said. After a brief moment you hear the door to the cottage creek as Ravens gentle voice echoed from the door " Hey Lu..." there was a brief pause as she went and sat beside you gently rubbing your back " Shane wanted me to let you know that if it would make you feel better we could visit when he isn't there....he gave me his number too if texting him would be easier..." Raven paused taking a deep breath before standing up " are you still up to go fishing?" she asked with a smile in a effort to cheer you up.
