As you step off of the bus after your long ride through the country you see a younger than you expected man sitting be hind a small table at the stop with a small stack of papers . you notice his tag on his shirt and notice he is the Mayor Alex that you have been in contact with lately about the new farmer program. as you walk over he looks up from his papers and gives you a big dorky smile and holds out his hand..
"hey there! nice to finally meet you in person! as you know there has been a big change in Pelican Town, the valley has begun a project to recruit aspiring farmers called Valley Roots. As an Applicant of the Valley Roots project we need to know a Little bit more about you before getting you all settled in...." he says as he hands you a application paper
Once you hand Alex the paper back he grabs almost all of your luggage and beacons you to follow him
"We have a couple of lodges set up already, nothin' fancy or detailed but there are serval to chose from, and you should be able to meet with the other applicants whenever you'd like, I mean of course of just go walk in on anyone ! but there's tons of outdoor space to meet and do what you want." he explained as you passed a small bend in the road and were finally able to see past the trees. you could see many small buildings some close and some a ways off. The Terrain also seemed to change from forests to rivers and even a tropical area to the south that seemed a little more sandy
Please chose a homesite
once a homesite is full I'll mark who it is occupied by. However if you are wanting a spicific homesite aesthetic just let me know and we can tweak it to match as much as possible
The Gate house
Located closest to the bus stop and town, its the main entrance to the New roots project lands.

This hose is located at the rear of the community greenhouse that is tucked away to the west of the gate house and has direct accesses to the greenhouse.

The Twin Beach Bungalows
These two hoses are snuggles on the tropical beach front at the Sothern edge of the lands there is good opportunity for fishing but good luck growing anything in the sandy soils.

The Woodland Cabin
this cozy cabin is in the heart of the wooded brook on the far west of the lands and has the bounty of the forest at your doorstep, there is also the caverns and the mine entrance not far away.

Nakistka looks around the area in awe, having never seen anything so beautiful before. "Wow," She breathes quietly, and does a 360 of the land to get a good look. "I'd like the woodland cabin please." She informs the mayor, and then continues looking around in amazement. I think I'm going to like it here. She thinks, closing her eyes for a moment to imagine running though the trees with her pet foxes in tow, going for a morning swim in the river, and climbing trees just because she can. "Is there a tour around the land or should I explore on my own?" She asks, and then bends down to pet her current youngest pup, Mika, who had brought her a stick to play fetch. "Not now, Mika." She whispers to the small marble fox kit, and kisses her on the nose before returning to her conversation with the mayor.

Raven Finally finished Unpacking her last bag at the new beach cabin Alex had Said he was going Back to Wait for Luna At the bus stop and would be back soon. after a big stretch she tied her long hair in a bun and stepped out on the porch and grabbed her rod and glanced over at Lunas cabin she could hear Alex which ment they were close. She decided to wait and leaned slightly against the porch rail enjoying the crisp spring air.
