While I do not doubt they can, the owner of this shop had some health scare and is currently still recovering! Consider the shop closed till they post an official announcement.
To Carrotcat, I hope recovery is going as smooth as it can, and that all's better now! I wish you many comforting and soft things, like endless amount of hot chocolate for the duration of it.
