The gate to Rosethorn's garden creaked as she eased it open with her magic. The white unicorn was pulling a cart laden with flower crowns behind her. "Hope I am not late." She muttered to herself as she trotted through town heading for the flower shop. Rose wasn't always the most punctual of ponies, she tended to lose track of time when she was working on her prize roses but most ponies she had met here didn't seem to get overly mad at her lateness. She waved her hoof as she recognized the grey pony coming out of the bookshop in front of her.

"Hi Specter!" She called as he fell into step beside her. "What are you up to today?"

Specter grinned as he showed her his latest purchase from the bookstore.

"Check it out!" The gray pony's green eyes were lit with excitement. The book cover showed the castle of the two sisters on the front. "Its legends about the castle! I am hoping for some good inspiration to write one of my ghost stories."

She responded and pointed at the light and back at pastel star " I apologise for leaving but something has come up and part of the royal guard I must investigate it come on shadow you nust come to" she said her voice now actually matched her job stern, stong and takes nothing from no one soon shadow storms horn started to glow bright crimson red and the female Bat pony and the black and red stallion disappeared ( teleportation) and appeared a few feet away from the source of the Unknown light leaving pastel star alone in ponyvill where it was hopefully safe Shadowstorm didn't want anyoneinjured Nyx was a royal guardand couldfight and he was a powerful unicorn while pastel star seemed unable to fight

Shadow storm aporn arriving levitated the parcel Echo had not long ago received because another spell making the night guard armour appear upon Echoes body "let's go i won't inform the princess just yet it could be nothing at all" he said softly looking around it seemd they was currently alone
