Backstory: When Rio was young he always knew that he was different to his friends, He hated wearing dress and skirts and he just felt weird and, sad, when people used she/her pronouns for him. Of course, Rio, being a uneducated little thing didn't realize he might be trans until he was about 12 and he started asking people to use he/him pronouns for him. Then when he was 15 he meet Skye, the two started dating and when they were both 21 Rio proposed to Skye who, obviously, said yes.

Power ( For Starlians ): He can control the surrounding energy by using sound, usualy he use his on voice. To explain it a bit better, if it's hot outside he can focus the heat in points to start fires or in reverse, push it away to make the heat more beareable around him. Personality: He is, for the most part, a rather quiet and relax individual, tho he can sometime be a bit out of touch with hat's happening around him. While he have the perfect power to be loud and push others around, he prefer to speak bearly above a whisper. If anything he is so quiet that he often unadvertedly sneak on people, to prevent it from happening, he have taken to carry a small bell around so as to alert others of his presence. Despite being fairly easy to work with and, some may argue, to manipulate, he can and will defend himself if he feel like he is being taken adventage off.

Backstory: It's a fairly boring one, he was born in an upper class familly, became the middle child a year later. He had a fairly average life style for someone of his class social, maby a bit more independant due to his siblings neading more help. He did discover his powers very early on, tho he wasnt too interessed by yelling so, again, nothing came of it. He did find some use to them around the house, mainly to mess with his siblings when they were getting too rowdy or if they were pestering him. He did earned the nickname of "cat" both due to how he kept accidentaly sneaking on people and due to him starting to wear a bell around the house to prevent that. While it's fine for his sibling to call him that, anyone else trying will earn his wrath.

Then when he was 15 he meet Rio, the two started dating and when they were both 21 Rio proposed to Skye who, obviously, said yes.
