You somehow managed to get to sleep, and wake up a few hours later. The house was silent.
I check the time then go check on my new roomate and her friends

They were sour-sweet in a way. There was a cat sat on the fence, but it jumped over as it saw you. You heard barking, there was probably a dog a door down or so.
