Ash obviously wasn't all too happy about that.

"Well, we're going to war with Winter, so..."

" if i get kidnapped because of some dumb war, im blaming you. "

The siren soon reaches the surface. She turns to look at Izz, and smiles, showing her literal hundreds of deadly sharp teeth.

"I'm kinda offended you think I would let you get kidnapped."

Ash took another step back, hand already on the hilt of his sword, Izz smiling in return

The siren notices his hand on the sword. Her smile immediately vanishes and she ducks back into the water.

" but what if i did because you weren't here or something? "

Ash doesn't relax, glaring at the water where he had last seen the siren.
Izz glares at him. "What did you do that for?"

"Then I won't leave."

The siren is still somewhat at the surface, but she's clearly ready to swim away if needed.

" then you're sleeping on the couch. "

Izz continued to glare at Ash. "Move your hand from your sword."
"No."


He shrugged. "Okay."
