The guards advanced then, trying to prod him with the electric staff, "Stand down," one of them said.
Basil was still chilling. Very much not standing down xD.

"Me neither," Birch said in agreement touching the glass that surrounded the stone, watching the stone with a bewildered expression.

Jasper just laughed, making sure to move an inch from each one. "Nay, Jas out!" he then dropped down and ducked to dive between their legs.

"Come back, maybe I should open it."

The guards yelped in surprise. That's when a creature appeared from the vents, Doodle. It grabbed one of Jasper's arms, smiling at him as they pulled him into the vent. Basil watched in surprise.

There was a sound of wheezing behind them and turned around. Sophia was at the entrance to the room. Leaning against the door frame as she caught her breathe. Birch smiled a tiny bit, but didn't do anything.

Jasper waved bye to the guards like this was totally normal for him. But it wasn't.

Justice looked at Sophia. "You okay?" he asked, since she was wheezing.

Doodle placed Jasper down, staring at him, "Hello. My name is Do-doodle. You are? Why you af-after the keys," It asked, eyes glowing brightly in the dark vents.

"Fine," She huffed as she pulled out her inhaler, using it before standing up and pointing accusingly at Birch, "How dare you come after the keys Birch!"

Jasper sat calmly. "We need the keys to get back a sister of three, two of wich we're helping to save the sister." he said casually.

Justice's tail swished as if he was slightly upset, but he remained calm at all over ways. He paced a bit so he was in front of Birch, between the two girls. "Now now, dare? To dare is to make an attempt, now dear." He said calmly, suddenly his eyes changing from yellow to red and black rings. "[We've come to take full action, not attempt./i]"

Doodle watched him and listened then giggled, voice echoing through the vent, "He-help sister? Can't let you d-do that!"

Sophia stood up, now able to breathe properly. She listened carefully, pulling out a staff that had a spear like tip, more resembling a knife.
"I don't care why your here! I can't let you get the keys to release B-" She was cut off by Birch.
"Woah woah woah, I just want my sister back," She said with a frown, Sophia flinching a bit, "And you want to stop me?"

"Why? Just a sister that two need back." he shrugged.

Justice crossed his arms behind his back calmly. "See? Just a sister that she needs, I see no reason why anyone should stop her." he gave a nod to Birch, he could handle some spear.

"No release. Not exactly sisters," Doodle said, about to say more when Basil appeared, holding Doodle's mouth shut to keep it from talking... even though it was a robot xD.

"She's not sa-"
"Shut. Up," Birch snapped, cutting Sophia off, again.
"I have to stop you," Sophia said, not really looking much like a fighter, but still stepping up to the challenge anyways.

Jasper waved to Basil.

Justice growled. "Get through me first." he said, voice low and almost not his own. For once he seemed mad.
