She then curled up into a fluffy ball but she didn't seem fully comfortable with the fact that Akira was now pulling at both Shade's and Justice's hearts.

She wasn't doing it on purpose. She just didn't want to see either get hurt and decided thats how she should do it.

But the thing was that now there was something worse than normal former brotherly rivalry between them,and Akira had stuck herself right in the middle. In the middle of a heart broken and torn furry and a hopeful and mostly hateful shadow.Both...could kill the other...but the thing was,if one did the other...they'd both die.

She didn't understand that part. She just understood that she didnt want either to get hurt or die.

Justice sighed shakily and held himself put,trying to keep his cool. He felt like ever since they'd woken up here she'd been closer to Shade then to him,and it hurt. It hurt a lot,especially since she'd been able to yell at him! She'd yelled at him,sure she'd said sorry but he felt like Shade had changed her,had drawn her in after everything and so she loved him more than Justice.He felt like Akira was slipping away from him.
Shade felt happy,he knew it wasn't full love but just the thought of just a little made him really happy.

He was shocked but immediately took her into his arms and hugged her to his chest almost desperately,ears twitching and tail curling in to wrap around her.

He didn't let go of her,holding her still despite the lack of clothing. He didn't care at the moment. "I'm fine...I'm ... fine." He said very very softly,but his ears where down.Not angry but sad.
