Hi Homera, I've got a few suggestions and as I've said to Topaz, feel free to pick and choose what you take from my advice.

I'd bring more colours of the staff into your outfit. All the pink in your outfit is a different colour than your held. I find that kind of thing tends to make a held look out of place. I used d46480. I also changed the second wing colour to make the flowers match more with the staff.

After that I;d change your eye colour to pull the colour from the butterflies and change lip colour to d46480 as well, to match more. I used 31b7f5 for blue



These are just basic! If you really wanted to change it, I'd change the white in your dress to something out of the staff as well or lighten your hair colour so it doesnt contrast as greatly.

And maybe pale the hair a bit?

I considered matching the outfit to the held but decided to just no have the held since I was trying to get like that cherry blossom feel.
