(I don't know what to post, Swift was supposed to either help Stream with the net or go help the zolnixi. Now he didn't do either, but swift would def have done something. If he saw Stream being helped by the others he would have gone to the zolnixi and help her instead. Now that stream is out and the zolnixi already joined even though it was Swift that met her first...So Now Im a bit lost on what to typ..0_o What did Swift do while all that happend? He didn't just stand there. He would have helped at least one of them. So now what? Some help please.)

Ember nudged the other zolinixi. "who are you she asked?"

Kag stopped the flames still mad at the human and wanting to chase him but Stream had done a good job. "Is anybody hungry I can go get some food real fast."

"I think I would rather hunt myself , later."

(Lets say swift became shocked when he saw the human, thinking of his old one.)

"Alright." She called to Stream, to everybody else she asked, "You want food?"

'May I?" Ember asks tentatively.

Nix says"I will do the cooking."

"Sure." Kag said to Ember then to Nix she said "Yeah, thanks ahead of time for the cooking and for lasts nights cooking." Then jumping up her wings spread, "I'm off!"

"Where are you going?" Blake said

"Hunting!" Kag called to Blake as she flew past the cave.

(Swift would not freeze up, he is not the type, instead he would spur into action once somebody is in danger. His former owner would make him even more inspired to do so. So I will make it that he was about to help when the others jumped in and did it for him, maybe not seeing Swift had it under control. Swift will think the others had seen him and simply didn't trust him to do the job and save Stream or the new sylestie because no matter how nice they where to him, he was still a pet sylestie and they where not. (not counting the new sylestie)


Swift had distanced himself from the others. Not even bothering to make small talk. He didn't go on a walk either though. What if he encounterd those bad humans again? No instead he was playing with a stick again. Only this time it wasn't playfull. He was just poking the stick into the dirt, and moving it around a little with one paw. It was more distraction than anything else.


Swift was sad. He could have helped no WOULD have helped one of them. But instead of letting him they didn't give him the chance, they rushed in and did it for him. Like they didn't trust him to be able to do it. Well he was just a pet sylestie after all.

He knew he wasn't as strong as the others, but did that mean he had to be ignored once again? That was the whole reason he went on that walk in the first place. And he wasn't even back for an hour and it happend again.

Ok maybe that wasn't fair. Stream did came looking for him. But was it because she wanted too? Or was it obligation? Did she even went looking for him? Maybe she was just patrolling and found him by accident.


Ok Swift cut that out. That negative thinking is not going to help you. These humans and sylesties are nice. You must be overthinking things. They do trust you, they just wanted to help out as well. Yeah that's it. And they are not ignoring you, they are giving you space. That is nice. Jip very nice. So everything was good.



So why did he not believe himself?
