For a while everything's quiet. Then somebody rings the doorbell, and he hears Katt leave her room and go downstairs to asnwer it.

Katt has already brought her inside and sat her down on the couch. Lira is badly injured. There's ugly stubs where her wings were, and there's a giant scratch on her face that runs from her forehead through her left eye all the way down to below her breasts. Her clothes are ripped and ruined, and she's missing the majority of her hair.
