Shortly after ingesting the water, Knuckles let out a yawn, eyelids heavy. He glanced in Sonic's direction, and the hedgehog quickly slipped out of the room. "He's on to us...," He whispered to Pearl.

Knuckles rolled his eyes. Pests... He thought, mind clouded. Minutes later, he dozed off, just as Sonic had predicted.
