That's not quite true, I pay attention and I quite often end up with a slot.

The eye slot actually. It's a little weird.

Try keeping two windows open. One with a reply, the other to refresh the thread.

I'll usually keep my reply post on whatever I find most important.. Like species, or a certain gene or mutation. *shrugs* May miss out a few times, but when it pops up, all I gotta do is hit post reply on the other window, which I keep visible at all times
