She resumes eating.

Her face was still a little red, but she cleared her throat and smiled. All her attention suddenly focused on him when he said that she could return there one day. The very thought made her grin. He said "when"... I like that. The thought of him leaving before me makes me sad, but hearing him say "when I visit" already makes everything seem happier.
Revilla gave a happy smile, and her eyes for once matched her smile. "I'd love that, very much."
She noticed the flash of anger in his eyes, and she looked out the window and then to him.
I think it's time I talk about the topic I've avoided for so long. I know he knows about some of my case, like everyone in this city does. but I don't know how much.
"I've been meaning to ask you, Evan, and I don't mind the answer. You know about why I'm here, right?" She asked delicately, and she wasn't afraid something was going to trigger her. She felt calm around him, and that was enough.
